Science is all about asking questions and looking for answers!
That being said, at the end of each week, I will be posting interesting questions that have come up in class that I cannot immediately answer, as well as some other interesting questions that may be fun to delve into. Over the weekend, it will be the students' job to pick one research question that they are the most interested in, and find answers for themselves, using the internet, parents, books, pictures, etc. During the first class of the following week (usually Monday) I will ask the students what they learned. In class students will have a chance to share any information, short videos, pictures, graphs, or anything else they found with the rest of the class. This "mini presentation" should only take about 2-3 minutes, and will be counted as a point of extra credit in their homework grade.
